There are countless reasons why I fell in love with photography—but at its heart, it all comes down to preserving memories.

From a young age, I was captivated by the way a single photograph could hold so much emotion, story, and life. I spent hours flipping through family photo albums, reliving moments and feeling deeply connected to the past. But it wasn’t until my grandmother passed away that I truly understood the power of a picture. She was someone who always had a camera in hand, capturing everything—from the big milestones to the quiet, everyday moments. After she was gone, her photos became a treasure—like a movie of her life I could watch again and again. I realized then how priceless those images were… and how empty it would feel without them.

When we lose the people we love, photos become our way to hold on, to remember, and to keep them close. Life moves so quickly, and while memories may fade, photographs remain. They are little time capsules, keeping our most meaningful moments alive—forever.

My phone is always full, my walls are covered in images, and I’m constantly searching for the next memory to freeze in time. It brings me so much joy to do this not only for myself, but for my friends, family, and clients. Helping others hold onto their stories and emotions through photography is a gift I never take for granted.

This is more than a job to me—it’s my passion, my purpose, and my way of helping others see the beauty in their own story.
